Sky Alloys and Power Limited is a steel manufacturing company producing a diverse range of products, including Sponge Iron, Mild Steel Billets, Ferro-Alloys, and TMT Bars from our manufacturing facilities located at Raigarh, in the State of Chhattisgarh.

Company Incorporation

Our Company was incorporated as 'Sky Alloys and Power Private Limited', a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated May 19, 2009, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Subsequently, our Company was converted to a Public Limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on September 12, 2022, under the name and style of 'Sky Alloys and Power Limited'. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 11, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies.

Operations and Product Portfolio

Our Company commenced operations in the year 2013 with the installation of our first DRI Plant in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. Our Company's product portfolio includes:

• Sponge Iron
• MS Billets
• Ferro Alloys - such as Silico Manganese

Expansion and Growth

In line with our growth strategy, we have undertaken a significant expansion of our production capacities. Commercial production from this expansion commenced on August 12, 2022, and was officially certified by the Directorate of Industries, Government of Chhattisgarh on August 12, 2022.

We further expanded our manufacturing facility by installing a Rolling Mill for manufacturing TMT Bars with a capacity of 95,000 TPA in FY 2023-24, with operations commencing by the end of March 2024.
